About Us
KelTel
Keltel initially launched as Kelley Comms Pty Ltd in 2014 and has maintained a reputable telecommunication business with a focus on safety, client/customer relations and quality workmanship. It grew from a single working director with BSA as an Optus Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) technician to 3 outstanding multi-skilled telecommunications technicians and 1 administration staff in the greater Brisbane region.
We are all currently working on the NBN HFC UNIFY project and have been involved since the start when I personally connected the very first NBN HFC customers in Australia when the rollout initiated in 2016 in Redcliffe, QLD!
I then went on to connect the first Internet Service Providers (ISP's)/RSP’s to the NBN HFC network for testing of their equipment before they were rolled out to their customers (ISP’s such as Optus, Telstra, Iinet, Dodo, TPG, Exetel etc)
I have been an active technician throughout the various NBN HFC rollout projects and have developed rapport with all associated delivery partners on telecommunications networks. I am trained in all test equipment that has been used on the HFC project including but not limited to: the Viavi - ONX630; VSE1100; ONX620; Trilithic Seeker Lite and D; Vex CM3000 with both Optus and Telstra channel plans. My staff have also received up-to-date training with all aforementioned equipment, and use most of them on a daily basis.
Our team has all of the test equipment and tools to perform all aspects of maintenance and repair on both Optus and Telstra NBN HFC networks from Node to NTD. We have also recently embarked on work in the various NBN exchanges.
We are currently looking to source sustainable work and develop our knowledge within the telecommunication industry over other technologies and platforms while maintaining our HFC presence. We are willing and can adapt to new projects and can guarantee reliable reputable workmanship with great customer-client relations.
We have all insurances and PPE, and can undergo any training necessary to adapt to new projects or types of work.
